Our Services

 

Leveling / Stabilizing: Leveling the concrete slabs and filling the voids in the ground to prevent further errosion.

 

Filling Cracks / holes: Filling with concrete or resin to hide the holes and prevent any water to pass through and create new voids.

 

Landscaping Edges: Edging the perimeter of the concrete to restore a clean, finished look.

 

Pressure washing: Cleaning the surface with a pressure washer to remove any dirt and mold build-up on sunken slabs where water and grime settled.

 

Sealing: Finally sealing the surface to create a finished look and to protect it from further natural wear.

 

 

HOW IT WORKS


 

  1. Drill holes in the sunken concrete slab: 3/8" holes (about the size of a dime) are drilled into the sunken slabs.  
    Many sidewalk slabs require only 1 or 2 holes.
     
  2. Inject a two-part polyuretheane foam: A high-strength polyurethane resin is used to lift the sunken slabs.
    This structural resin fills the void beneath the slab and the soil to prevent future shifting.
     
  3. Fill the holes: The holes are filled to blend seamlessly with the existing concrete.

Polyjacking is a concrete leveling and repair technique that uses expanding polyurethane foam to lift and stabilize sunken or uneven concrete slabs. This method is commonly used for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other concrete surfaces that have settled due to soil erosion, compaction, or other ground shifts.
